3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Design Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements, ensuring accurate and detailed visual representations.
Visualization: Develop photorealistic visualizations and virtual tours using industry-standard software and tools, ensuring high levels of detail and realism.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization, virtual reality, and design to continuously enhance our visual offerings.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, and/or Unreal Engine. Experience with VR/AR technologies is a plus.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualizations, including architectural, exteriors and interior designs.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail and a strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback and changing project requirements.
