Job overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior 3D Artist to join our creative team and contribute to building high-quality 3D assets, environments, and visual content for real-time applications. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 year of experience or a completed internship, with solid fundamentals in Blender, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine. You will work closely with senior artists, developers, and technical teams on Digital Twin, immersive visualization, and interactive 3D projects while gaining exposure to advanced real-time workflows, environment creation pipelines, and AI-assisted production tools.
Key responsibilities
- Create and optimize 3D models, textures, materials, and environment assets for real-time applications
- Assist in developing scenes and visual content for Digital Twins, simulations, and interactive experiences
- Build and assemble scenes in Unreal Engine, including materials, lighting, and basic Blueprint setup
- Use Blender for modeling, UV mapping, texturing, rendering, and asset preparation workflows
- Create texture enhancements, visual assets, and presentations using Adobe Photoshop
- Support modular environment creation pipelines and basic PCG-based workflows
- Collaborate with senior artists, developers, and technical teams to support production pipelines
- Learn and contribute to AI-assisted workflows for automation, asset enhancement, and procedural content generation
- Maintain organized project files and follow studio asset pipeline and optimization standards
- Continuously improve technical and artistic skillsets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Game Art, Multimedia, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of hands-on experience or completed internship in 3D production
- Good working proficiency in Blender and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic to intermediate production knowledge in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
- Strong understanding of: 3D Modeling Fundamentals
- Strong understanding of: UV Mapping & Texturing
- Strong understanding of: PBR Material Workflows
- Strong understanding of: Lighting Basics
- Strong understanding of: Scene Setup & Optimization
- Strong understanding of: Environment Creation Fundamentals
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D assets, environments, or Unreal Engine scenes
- Good artistic eye for composition, scale, and detail
- Strong willingness to learn advanced production workflows
Preferred / good-to-have skills
- Experience with Substance 3D Painter / Designer
- Familiarity with photogrammetry workflows
- Basic understanding of Virtual Production pipelines
- Interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and procedural content generation
- Exposure to Digital Twins, geospatial workflows, or immersive visualization projects
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Perforce
