Who we are looking for
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues requiring technical fixes or enhancements.
- Respond to customer support requests and troubleshoot technical issues related to our platform.
- Provide guidance and assistance in using our products, particularly regarding image and video editing workflows.
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Document common support issues and create user-friendly guides or tutorials to assist customers in solving recurring problems.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer support queries and work proactively to minimize repetitive issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and updates on the progress of their queries.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical product support role, ideally in a SaaS, Fintech, or Big Tech environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools (training will be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear customer interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries and prioritize effectively.
