Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology and visualization projects. The Project Manager will act as a key bridge between clients, product managers, 3D visualization artists, Unreal Engine teams, developers, and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing projects in a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and resolve project challenges before they impact timelines or quality.

Key responsibilities

• Client Management: Maintain constant communication with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are aligned.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Lark, or Microsoft DevOps.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the product team, visualization team, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks early, mitigate risks, and find solutions when challenges arise.
• Process Optimization: Improve workflows and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
• Transparency & Accountability: Maintain clear communication about project status, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into progress and roadblocks.
• Budget & Resource Management: Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, without unnecessary resource burnout, even if timelines stretch.
• Empathy & Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative work environment, keeping the team motivated and aligned with project goals.

Skills required

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology, gaming, visualization, real estate, SaaS, or digital product environments.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of project planning, scope management, timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and accountability toward project outcomes.
