Job overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Artist with 3+ years of professional experience in creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and visual content for real-time applications. You will work on cutting-edge Digital Twin, Metaverse, VR/AR, and immersive visualization projects, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and technical teams to deliver visually rich and optimized experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic and technical expertise in Blender, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine, along with a solid understanding of environment creation pipelines, procedural workflows, optimization standards, and real-time production techniques.

Key responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D models, textures, materials, and environments optimized for real-time applications
  • Develop visually compelling assets for Digital Twins, simulations, architectural visualization, and interactive experiences
  • Build and optimize scenes in Unreal Engine, including lighting, materials, Blueprints integration, and performance optimization
  • Use Blender for modeling, UV mapping, texturing, sculpting, rendering, and asset optimization workflows
  • Create and refine textures, material details, and asset presentations using Adobe Photoshop
  • Work on efficient environment creation pipelines, modular workflows, and PCG-based content generation
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and technical artists to deliver polished immersive experiences
  • Integrate AI-assisted workflows and automation tools into content production pipelines
  • Work with geospatial and large-scale environment workflows including terrain generation and GIS-based systems
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and follow optimization standards and production best practices

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Game Art, Architecture, Multimedia, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D production pipelines
  • Advanced proficiency in Blender and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong production experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
  • Strong understanding of: Hard Surface and Organic Modeling
  • Strong understanding of: UV Mapping & Texturing
  • Strong understanding of: PBR Material Creation
  • Strong understanding of: Lighting & Rendering
  • Strong understanding of: Environment Creation Pipelines
  • Strong understanding of: PCG Workflows
  • Strong understanding of: Real-time optimization standards
  • Strong portfolio showcasing environments, asset creation, and Unreal Engine scenes
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred / good-to-have skills

  • Experience with ArcGIS, Cesium, or geospatial visualization workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and procedural content generation
  • Experience with Substance 3D Painter / Designer
  • Knowledge of photogrammetry, Digital Twins, or simulation environments
  • Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Perforce
