Job overview

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team at PropVR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong proficiency in creating detailed 3D models and visualizations. You will work closely with designers and clients to translate conceptual ideas into realistic and engaging visual representations.

Key responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements, ensuring accurate and detailed visual representations.
• Visualization: Develop photorealistic visualizations and virtual tours using industry-standard software and tools, ensuring high levels of detail and realism.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization, virtual reality, and design to continuously enhance our visual offerings.

Required qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in the real estate or architectural industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Unreal Engine. Experience with VR/AR technologies is a plus.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualizations, including architectural and interior designs.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail and a strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback and changing project requirements.
