Job Summary

We are seeking talented Unreal Engine Artists to join our team, responsible for creating high-quality visually stunning assets and environments for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Unreal engine, excellent artistic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key responsibilities

• 3D Product & Real-Time Development:
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and immersive real-time experiences for real estate projects
• Develop, build, and optimize real-time scenes using Unreal Engine
• Produce interactive walkthroughs, panoramic tours, virtual experiences, and presentation-ready content
• Design and develop immersive metaverse booths and sales center digital experiences
• Optimize scenes for performance while maintaining high visual fidelity
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and brand alignment
• Support integration of real-time 3D content into web-based platforms and pixel streaming environments
• Manage, structure, and maintain 3D assets, libraries, and project files efficiently
• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3D Artists to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects
• Establish structured review cycles and quality checkpoints
• Provide creative and technical direction to maintain consistent visual standards
• Develop team capability through feedback, training, and process improvement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as the primary bridge between 3D, Marketing, Sales, Concept, Technical, and Interior Design teams
• Coordinate with Concept & Technical teams to obtain and validate CAD files, architectural drawings, and project inputs
• Work closely with the Interior Design team to align with latest design updates and secure approvals
• Translate business requirements into actionable 3D production plans
• Present concepts, updates, and technical solutions to senior leadership
• Site Execution & Deployment:
• Conduct site visits to sales centers and installations to assess requirements and ensure deployment quality
• Oversee implementation of immersive booths and experiential environments
• Ensure installation accuracy and experiential consistency between digital and physical environments
• Conduct Trainings and Demos with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Location & Mobility Requirement:
• Candidate must be based in Dubai
• Must be available for site visits across the city as required (sales centres, project sites, installations, vendor locations)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment that includes office, on-site, and installation-based coordination

Skills required

• 5–7+ years of experience in 3D visualization, real-time production, or immersive development
• Strong expertise in Unreal Engine (including Blueprint workflows)
• Advanced knowledge of Unreal’s Material Editor, lighting systems, rendering pipelines, and optimization techniques
• Strong experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, Blender or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of lighting, materials, post-processing, and real-time performance optimization
• Experience deploying real-time content to web-based platforms
• Working knowledge of scripting (Python, Blueprint, or similar)
• Strong asset management and file structuring discipline
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
