Who we are looking for

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for exterior and interior real estate projects.
• Design and implement visually stunning lighting and special effects.
• Develop and implement shaders and materials using Unreal Engines Material Editor.
• Ensure visual style consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with designers and programmers for seamless asset integration and functionality.
• Optimize assets for performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay updated with Unreal Engine advancements.
• Meet project deadlines while delivering exceptional work.

Skills required

• 1+ to 4 years of experience in game environment development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Unreal Engine, including: 1) Level editing and layout 2) Material creation and shading 3) Lighting and special effects 4) Performance optimization
• Excellent artistic skills, including: 1) 3D modeling and texturing 2) Color theory and composition 3) Attention to detail and quality control
• Proficiency in other 3D software, such as 3ds Max, is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Good to have

• Experience with scripting languages like Blueprints or C++
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and workflows.
• Familiarity with other game engines, such as Unity.
• Experience with motion capture and physics simulations.
• A portfolio demonstrating Unreal Engine experience and artistic skills.
